Job Opportunity

DailyLook, a subsidiary of Victoria's Secret & Co., is seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding order history, store credit, promotions, shipments, and cancellations.
  • Retain clients who may be thinking of canceling.
  • Communicate with CS supervisor to correct and proactively address customer complaints/issues.
  • Assist clients with all concerns via live chat, email, and inbound calling with professional and personalized service.
  • Partner with our styling and warehouse team to resolve customer concerns.
  • Utilize data entry to log customer feedback, complaints and inquiries.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Typing speed: Minimum 40 words per minute
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology: Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Teamwork: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Problem-solving: Proven ability to handle unexpected challenges and think critically
  • Professional communication: Clear and effective communication of company policies and information to clients
  • Complaint handling: Ability to address customer concerns calmly and professionally
  • Industry knowledge: Passion for the fashion industry (preferred)
  • Availability: Must be able to work various shifts, from morning to evening, with potential weekend work depending on business needs.
