Responsibilities: The Lead Community Operations Manager will oversee the daily management of the property, which includes:

  • Marketing initiatives to attract prospective residents.
  • Ensuring the integrity and upkeep of the property.
  • Screening and selecting potential tenants.
  • Managing rent collection and serving necessary notices.
  • Generating reports and preparing agreements.
  • Supervising and training property staff.

You will have a dedicated office space to manage your team and conduct your responsibilities effectively.

Location: Class A apartment community

Employment Status: Exempt

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, standard business hours

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Entrata Property Management Software is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS365 applications including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Fundamental math skills for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies.
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between properties.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
