Job Overview

Servpro of Rocky Mount is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses recover from property damage caused by disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restore properties to their pre-loss condition after disaster incidents.
  • Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
  • Communicate with management and other technicians to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
Requirements
  • Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Certification Required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma/GED.
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Must be comfortable working with bodily fluid/blood-borne pathogens as necessary.
