Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and goals
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
