Compensation: The starting salary for this position typically falls between $80,000 and $94,000, complemented by an annual target bonus of 5%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure internal sites and applications, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other digital solutions.
  • Enhance and develop custom applications to optimize our internal web-based platforms.
  • Collaborate with site and application administrators to maximize effectiveness and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Assist in content management, strategic planning, and implementation for Microsoft 365 and related tools.
  • Provide training on content management tools, processes, and policies to enhance user proficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners to address their needs and manage project backlogs efficiently.
  • Translate business requirements into both functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, create, and maintain content for the company’s communication tools, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights into the vision and strategy for Microsoft 365 and other communication technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online and Outlook.
  • Engage in enterprise user experience processes to enhance system stability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience with SharePoint Online in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Experience in content administration, including site collections, taxonomies, metadata, and design attributes within a SharePoint Online context.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and foster effective relationships.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Capability to work a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and design, particularly in web-based environments.
  • Familiarity with web browser technologies, including Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
