The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential, as is a customer-focused approach that aligns with ELYON International's values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to new accommodation requests and customer service inquiries within required timeframes.
2. Assess employee eligibility for services under the ADAAA and evaluate return-to-work feasibility based on established guidelines and protocols.
3. Collaborate with employers to provide information about the ADA service, including an overview of the accommodation process, roles, and responsibilities, and timelines.
4. Create and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records in the company's case management system.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in human resources, leave management, or benefit management.
2. Two to four years of progressive experience with disability accommodation, absence management, return to work, claim administration, and reporting, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
3. Working knowledge of federal and state disability laws, specifically the ADA and FMLA.
4. Case management experience applying ADAAA/Accommodation Services using a case management system to establish accommodation plans is preferred.
