Job Summary

This position oversees the daily operations of a package center, ensuring efficient and safe processing of packages. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities, and maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for new and current employees.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage department resources to optimize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Implement employee personal development plans to ensure continued growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Management experience preferred.
