Package Center Supervisor

This position oversees the daily operations of a package center, ensuring efficient and safe processing of packages. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities, and maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training and development programs for new and current employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage department resources to optimize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Implement employee personal development plans to ensure continued growth and development.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Management experience preferred.
