About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Chart Retrieval Specialist to join our team. As a Chart Retrieval Specialist, you will be responsible for retrieving medical records from local healthcare facilities and uploading them to our secure servers.

Responsibilities
  • Retrieve medical records from local healthcare facilities
  • Scan and upload records to our secure servers
  • Communicate with our regional support team to ensure smooth operations
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including scanning documents and uploading to secure servers
  • Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and quality work
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with our team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Work Environment

This is a part-time role with varied hours. You will spend most of your time indoors, with occasional exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable. You will be required to drive and have a valid driver's license in good standing.

Compensation
