Job Title: Office Manager

Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to oversee the general administrative function and activities of our office. The successful candidate will ensure that our office runs efficiently and that our employees have the necessary resources to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, technical libraries, and correspondence files.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, insurance information, and medical consultations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and screening of potential employees for position openings at assigned locations.
  • Prepare, complete, and communicate necessary information to office staff.
  • Provide training and support to new and current staff members.
  • Operate office equipment and order supplies as needed.
  • Oversee clerical staff at assigned office locations and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Possess a High School Diploma or High School General Equivalency Diploma and at least three years of administrative and clerical experience.
  • OR Possess an Associate's degree in office administration or another closely related field and at least one year of administrative and clerical experience.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
