Speech Pathologist Specialist

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing treatment to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will work closely with educators and families to develop personalized treatment plans that help students achieve optimal communication skills and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy to students with speech and communication difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision options. Additionally, you will receive 11 paid federal holidays, two weeks (80 hours) PTO after one consecutive year of service, and sick leave accrued at a rate of one hour per every thirty hours worked, up to fifty-six hours annually.
