Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and Assess Patients: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted care plans.

- Implement Treatment Plans: Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Communicate Progress: Regularly update patients, parents, and caregivers on progress, treatment plans, and any necessary adjustments.
- Engage in Ongoing Professional Development: Pursue continuous education to maintain licensure and stay updated on clinical best practices.
- Mentor and Supervise: Collaborate with assistants, interns, or students to provide quality support and guidance.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of employment.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to build trust with patients and families.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year, contingent on experience.
