About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and Assess Patients: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted care plans.
  • Develop Care Plans: Create comprehensive care plans that adhere to our organizational standards and best practices.
  • Implement Treatment Plans: Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Communicate Progress: Regularly update patients, parents, and caregivers on progress, treatment plans, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Engage in Ongoing Professional Development: Pursue continuous education to maintain licensure and stay updated on clinical best practices.
  • Mentor and Supervise: Collaborate with assistants, interns, or students to provide quality support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of employment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to build trust with patients and families.
