Patient Care Technician

DaVita Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease. As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for delivering safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients, while also providing education and support to help them manage their kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Perform technician duties, such as setting up hemodialysis machines and monitoring patient vital signs
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support to help them manage their kidney disease
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
