Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer

  • Develop essential documentation including Statements of Work (SOW), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and various architectural diagrams.
  • Deliver Life Cycle Support (LCS) services for operational capabilities, facilitating the deployment of technical solutions as part of small teams, and offering remote tiered technical assistance to mission operators and analysts.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments is essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of fourteen years of experience in a Systems Engineering role or a similar capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Five additional years of Systems Engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in systems engineering specifically related to GOTS/COTS SIGINT applications, including development, integration, testing, certification, deployment, and training.
  • Proficiency in authoring systems engineering documentation.
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who requires minimal daily supervision.

Security Clearance Requirements:


A TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is necessary; however, Conditional Certification of Access (CCA) may be initiated, with the understanding that the FSP process will commence shortly thereafter.


Physical Demands:

The individual in this role must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time.

Occasional movement within the office is required to access files, office equipment, or to engage with colleagues and management through various communication methods, which may include delivering presentations.
