About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Cross Markets Group (CMG) in New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch investment banking services to our clients across various industries, including Digital Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deal teams of analysts and associates in executing M&A and financing transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on complex financial transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the Digital Infrastructure and TMT sectors
Requirements
  • Master's degree and 4+ years of investment banking experience, or Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of investment banking or equivalent experience
  • Sector expertise in Digital Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or TMT preferred
  • Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity, and debt financing transactions required
  • Strong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detail
  • Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities
