Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at our clinics as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to fill in your existing schedule, work part-time, or simply work on the days and hours you prefer.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement care in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association standards and state practice acts.
  • Conduct initial patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document treatments as per policy and procedure.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, setting expectations for return-to-work and emphasizing education and motivation for compliance with treatment plans.
  • Meet with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Manager to discuss quality of patient care, procedures, and policies.
  • Partner with the Director of Physical Therapy Operations to ensure center operations meet medical policy and professional standards.
  • Coordinate with Medical Center Manager to eliminate missed appointments and ensure center support staff follows up on missed appointments.
  • Promote teamwork and clear communication between the Physical Therapy department and other center staff members.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy.
  • CPR or BLS certification.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
