Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. As a Physical Therapist with Nova Medical Centers, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement care in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association standards and state practice acts.
- Conduct initial patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Manager to ensure center operations meet medical policy and professional standards.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
This PRN Physical Therapist position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to choose your schedule and work at commutable clinic locations. As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to build experience with Nova Medical Centers and establish a long-term partnership.
