Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PRN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible, independent contractor basis, allowing you to choose your own schedule and work at our clinics as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association standards
  • Conduct initial patient evaluations and create treatment plans with measurable goals and timeframes
  • Document treatments and provide regular updates to patients and medical professionals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy
  • CPR or BLS certification
  • Authorized to work in the USA
