Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PRN to join our team. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will work on a 1099/Independent Contractor basis, allowing you to dictate your own availability and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement care in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association standards.
  • Conduct initial patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document treatments.
  • Communicate with patients, setting expectations for return-to-work and emphasizing education and motivation for compliance with treatment plans.
  • Meet with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and other staff to discuss quality of patient care, procedures, and policies.
  • Partner with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Manager to ensure center operations meet medical policy and professional standards.
  • Provide input on capital equipment proposals and additional Physical Therapy support staff to ensure responsibilities are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with Medical Center Manager to eliminate missed appointments and ensure center support staff follows up on missed appointments.
  • Promote, support, and engage in projects to maintain, develop, and improve teamwork within the clinic.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy.
  • CPR or BLS certification.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
