Job Overview

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful execution and management of RIS/PACS initiatives across the nation. This role involves overseeing the structure, organization, and coordination necessary to meet the overarching goals of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate and provide guidance, consultation, and recommendations to clients and resources.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently with efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and initiatives.
  • Exhibit strong process orientation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Understand and articulate support and project requests from users.
  • Work collaboratively and independently to achieve project goals.
  • Guide clients and teams through operational enhancements.
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Monitor project progress to guarantee that deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Recognize potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Continuously assess project risks and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Learn and comprehend the product portfolio and necessary actions for successful implementations.
  • Maintain thorough and current project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting notes, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Willingness to travel to support client implementations.
  • Perform job responsibilities ethically and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Current role as a Project Manager is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding project team members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • PMP certification preferred or actively pursuing project management certification.
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare-related field is advantageous.

Physical Requirements

This position often involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and using hands and fingers. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The role requires the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, with domestic and international travel required up to 50%.
