Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at HCA HealthONE Swedish. As a Diagnostic Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, operating ultrasound equipment, and preparing the room with necessary equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures
  • Operate ultrasound equipment and prepare the room with necessary equipment and supplies
  • Provide care to assigned patients and ensure a safe patient care environment
  • Maintain technical skills and use equipment to minimize hazards and maximize patient safety
  • Assist in collecting data for PI monitors and conducting QC on equipment

Requirements:

  • Current ARDMS certification with both Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification
  • Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
  • Clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical experience
  • Familiar with the majority of ultrasound and/or NIVA procedures
