About the Role: This is a PRN position, which means you will work on an as-needed basis to support our team. As a Sonographer II PRN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and procedures, and will be an integral part of our team's efforts to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound and NIVA procedures to provide accurate and timely results
- Operate ultrasound equipment and prepare the room with necessary equipment and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient environment
- Provide patient care and maintain a safe patient care environment, including assisting with clerical duties and receptionist tasks
- Collect data for PI monitors and conduct QC on equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Requirements:
- Current ARDMS certification with both Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification
- Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
- Clinical rotation or 1 year of clinical experience
- Familiar with the majority of ultrasound and/or NIVA procedures
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
