We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support at Les Schwab Tire Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their needs and answering questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
  • Provide Product and Service Quotes: Offer accurate and competitive quotes for products and services, referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
  • Assist with Store Accounting and Bookkeeping: Support the store's financial operations, including tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Promote Store Sales: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products and services to customers.
  • Assist with Store Inventory and Merchandise: Help manage inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
