About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to drive accelerated customer demand and platform activations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for architecting and building an efficient, best-in-class funnel to attract SMBs and motivate them to run and grow their business with our industry-leading platform.

You'll work closely with our performance and lifecycle marketing teams to drive scalable campaigns and messaging that build strong brand awareness and volume in platform activations. Your expertise will be crucial in creating, managing, and experimenting with new user acquisition campaigns, testing and building new channels for acquisition and other revenue-generating campaigns, and developing and implementing ROI-first marketing strategies.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional partners to spec and build landing pages and flows that drive funnel demand and platform activations. You'll also oversee campaign and content automation to achieve scale in marketing initiatives and manage all things Martech, including ensuring our pixel events are always working properly for all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional partners to spec and build landing pages and flows that drive funnel demand and platform activations
  • Test, build, and iterate on new channels for acquisition and other revenue-generating campaigns
  • Develop and implement ROI-first marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts, and funnels that are designed to convert
  • Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present recommendations and findings from experimental data to the executive team
  • Oversee campaign and content automation to achieve scale in marketing initiatives
  • Manage all things Martech, including ensuring our pixel events are always working properly for all channels
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a Growth Operations or Growth Marketing role
  • Proven success in implementing scalable acquisition campaigns, testing and building new channels, and improving the efficiency of a self-serve funnel
  • Strong domain knowledge of marketing channels and marketing as a discipline, including experience operating paid and organic search, paid social, and landing page creation and optimization
  • Experience with martech tools, specifically fb events manager, fb conversion api, segment, google analytics, google tag manager, looker data studio, and branch
  • Experience working at a high-growth company with a self-serve funnel and a range of customer sizes
  • Highly analytical and results-driven executor that likes to move fast on projects and work hard to make a measurable impact to the marketing funnel
  • Process-driven leader who can build scalable systems using automations and technology
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Google Analytics, Data Visualization (e.g., Looker), and Webflow

Base Salary and Equity

The starting base salary for this role in NYC is between $120,000-$145,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

This role is currently eligible to participate in GlossGenius's equity plan as well as a range of health and wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
