Position Overview
Tyler Technologies is seeking an interim HR Coordinator to assist our Human Resources department. This role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks and provide essential HR support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees (experience with HRIS systems is beneficial)
- Potentially assist with preliminary phone interviews for immigration or visa-related roles
- Address basic inquiries from employees
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to managers throughout the employee lifecycle
- Help organize materials for recruitment events as necessary
- Manage employment verification requests and unemployment claims
- Prepare tuition reimbursement documents for approval and payroll processing
- Oversee offboarding documentation
- Respond to various reports requested by HR and organizational leaders
- Contribute to diverse Human Resources initiatives

Qualifications
- Familiarity with human resources information systems (experience with UKG is a plus) and applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Previous experience in HR (1-2 years) is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve basic issues
- Capacity to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and follow through effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and a focus on customer and team engagement
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, highly organized, and proficient in time management
- Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards
- Proven capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment
