Position Overview:

This is a full-time opportunity based in our Greenville, SC office.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Team-oriented individual with strong communication abilities.
  • Experience in inventory reduction and adaptability to changing demands.
  • High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in planning or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with SAP in relation to purchasing processes.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to analyze and respond to evolving needs in apparel manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing, planning, and oversight of assigned brands in SAP to maintain optimal service levels and meet inventory targets of 5 to 8 weeks of supply.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues related to brand capacity or service disruptions with internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for suppliers regarding production concerns, overseeing the process from order placement to delivery.
  • Engage in weekly discussions with overseas suppliers to address current or potential service constraints.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of vendor work-in-progress reports to identify and mitigate potential production flow issues.
  • Analyze inventory levels to identify excess stock for rework opportunities.
