Job Summary

JobRialto is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner Supply Chain professional to collaborate with supply chain leaders and drive strategic alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supply chain leaders to resolve strategic goals and ensure IT initiatives support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage IT projects related to the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business requirements.
  • Champion and nurture positive relationships with collaborators in the supply chain and IT departments.
  • Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions to meet the needs of the supply chain function and drive business value.
  • Apply data analytics to provide insights and support decision-making within the supply chain.
  • Be a great partner with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Offer training and support to supply chain staff in the use of new IT systems and tools.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Finance and the Digital and Data Team.
  • Engage as an integral member of the Digital and Data Team, supplying proactively to the leadership of the IT group.
  • Identify business technology needs and growth strategies, maintaining evergreen 3-year technology roadmaps.
  • Prioritize demand for assigned business areas, collaborating with architecture teams and resource managers.
  • Ensure that teams adhere to and support quality procedures and policies.
  • Work with business groups to anticipate user needs and coordinate with the broader IT organization.
  • Continuously assess the progress of the portfolio to ensure value delivery to collaborators.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies in the portfolio.
  • Apply knowledge of current business processes for creative business process redesign and technology improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in a supply chain department of a manufacturing organization, preferably in biopharma or med device.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, smartsheets, SAC, IDQ, and MDG.
  • Good knowledge of company functions globally and process integration among departments.
  • Ability to use a range of influencing and leadership styles effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and thoroughly.
  • Ability to influence internal and external contacts on various services.
  • Deep understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Experience navigating a large IT department with multiple technologies.
  • Capable of facilitating innovation in business process and technical solution delivery.
  • Experience leading a matrix team of professionals and communicating with various management levels.
  • More than 10 years of experience developing and supporting finance applications and more than 5 years in the Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, engineering, computer science, or business administration (required). An advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability in high-growth businesses and developing teams to scale and deliver on commitments.
