We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Agent to join our team in the Greater Louisville, KY area offices.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for connecting members of your local community with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
- Provide consultative insurance expertise to customers and prospects.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.
- Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers.
- A state insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life.
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Uncapped pay including base salary and bonuses, with renewal commissions providing opportunity to increase your earnings each year.
