Job Title: Sales Manager

Origami Risk is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
