Job Description

This Quality Assurance and Production Supervisor role is based in an Assembly department, responsible for managing production personnel and supervising daily operations. You will evaluate work centers, utilize manpower efficiently, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of ERP systems and data recording.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and approve vacation time.
  • Perform yearly reviews of employees and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cultivate a professional atmosphere, promoting courtesy and helpfulness among team members.
