As a Lead Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our Operations team and fellow developers to devise solutions, conduct code reviews, and engage in ongoing learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
What you will be responsible for

- Collaborating with our Operations department to identify and address needs.

- Partnering with other Developers to create solutions, review code, and share insights.

- Writing safe, scalable, and consistent code in JavaScript, Typescript, and C#.

- Developing performance-oriented SQL queries.

- Engaging in continuous learning as part of your role.

Qualifications:
What you bring to the table

- A strong interest in both established and emerging technologies.

- An engineering mindset prioritizing safety and scalability; correctness over speed.

- Relevant experience in large software systems.

- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience collaborating with team members, both technical and non-technical, to solve problems and understand requirements.

- Diverse technical knowledge of Windows and tools such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, or SQL Server Management Studio.

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, C, or C++.

- Experience with TSQL or RDBMS technologies.

- Familiarity with WebApi technologies.

- Experience with modern web-based front-end frameworks, preferably Angular.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.

- Attention to detail and flexibility in problem-solving.

- Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills.

- Solid organizational and project management skills; sound judgment; initiative; and adaptability.

Education:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Trade school or industry certification, college degree, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
