Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper/Dietary Aide will assist the Cook in preparing and serving meals, following established policies and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cook in preparing and serving meals
  • Follow established policies and procedures for food preparation and service
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Specialized training in food service desirable
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods
