  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with Vacasa's cleaning standards
  • Provide training and guidance to housekeepers on cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Assist with scheduling, distribution of tickets, and ordering of supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the local management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
