About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Worldmark Grand Elk. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
  • Adhere to housekeeping detail standards and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude with a team focus.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
