Job Title: Wrangler

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wrangler to join our team at C Lazy U. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and handling of our horses, as well as leading trail rides and maintaining the barn and corrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Move the herd from pasture to barn and back.
  • Groom horses and maintain their overall health and well-being.
  • Saddle and bridle horses for trail rides.
  • Conduct supervised trail rides for Ranch guests.
  • Maintain the tack room and perform general maintenance around barns and corrals.
  • Be cordial to all guests, members, and colleagues.
  • Be professional and courteous at all times.
  • Assist with trail and fence maintenance.
  • Work with safety in mind at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on horsemanship experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to endure extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

Salary: $14.42 to $17.00 per hour.
