Manufacturing Engineer

Loc Performance is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and implementation of complex mechanical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering methodology, process development, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including technical data packages, bills of material, and process flow diagrams.
- Provide support to estimating and quoting activities.
- Develop and validate processes and processing times.
- Support lessons learned activities and implementation into quotes and standards.
- Identify and address opportunities to eliminate waste within the manufacturing process.
- Participate in cost reduction efforts and support continuous improvement activities.
- Work with Quality and Weld departments to ensure validation checks are built into the process.
- Support corrective actions as required.
- Support Program Management in APQP activities and project cost adherence.
- Consult with customers to maximize the integrity, efficiency, and manufacturability of designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or other engineering field.
- Five years of manufacturing experience and/or training.
- Experience with precision measuring equipment and GD&T.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, models, and technical specifications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
