Manufacturing Technician II

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician II will be responsible for ensuring the safe and quality production of pharmaceutical products. This role will involve following established manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as troubleshooting and adjusting equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing operations, processes, and procedures
- Coordinate manufacturing efforts for designated processes
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Maintain equipment efficiencies and standards to meet quality requirements
- Train new team members and retrain current team members on standard operating procedures
- Review and maintain quality and production documentation
- Perform general and light maintenance on machines and related equipment
- Assist Technical Services, Maintenance, and Engineering departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing, packaging, or maintenance/mechanical environment
- Experience operating automated machinery and manufacturing equipment preferred
Work Environment:
The Manufacturing Technician II will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with exposure to automated machinery, chemicals, and other potential hazards. The ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks is essential.
