Job Title: Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of service through your expertise in rotating equipment repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, start-up, and maintain centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, gear pumps, diaphragm pumps, H-Pumps, and API pumps.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, and arrange necessary parts and service to resolve problems.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs, and provide training and project closeout services.
  • Ensure a safe working environment, and adhere to company guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in pump maintenance and repair.
  • Experience with rotating equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Acceptable driving record, and willingness to work off-site and in the shop.
  • Good communication skills, professional appearance, and technical aptitude.
Additional Information:
  • Responsible for completing all tasks from installation to project closeout, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in extreme cold and heat conditions.
  • Must have a high school diploma, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
