Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide support and services to students with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide support and services to students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless services
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in the field

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active SLP/A license in California
  • School or pediatric experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
