Job Summary:

Soliant Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As an SLP with Soliant, you will work with a diverse caseload of patients, providing diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions to individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and collaborate with patients and caregivers to establish functional goals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve communication, articulation, fluency, voice production, and swallowing abilities.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques to facilitate improved outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and educators to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • California state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with knowledge of a variety of assessment and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to therapy with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
