Property Leasing Consultant

As a Property Leasing Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and leasing information to current and prospective residents.
  • Identifying the needs of potential residents through phone interactions, property tours, and online marketing strategies.
  • Conducting follow-up communications with all current and prospective residents while maintaining accurate records.
  • Guiding prospective residents through the application process and assisting with necessary certification paperwork.
  • Supporting current residents with lease renewals and recertification documentation.
  • Creating and implementing advertisements and promotional strategies to attract prospective residents.
  • Entering application details, service requests, and payment information into the RealPage system.
Qualifications for the Property Leasing Consultant role:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in leasing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Confident, friendly, and able to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills and familiar with MS Office.
  • Reliable and able to adhere to an established on-site schedule.
  • Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with potential evening and weekend shifts during peak seasons.
