Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and apply pest control substances in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Examine properties for signs of pest presence and evaluate the level of infestation.
  • Deliver effective pest management solutions on-site.
  • Engage with clients to explain the services provided.
  • Notify customers of any property damage encountered.
  • Assist with insulation removal and installation tasks.
  • Implement Termimesh installations.
  • Adhere to route schedules and communicate any changes promptly.
  • Complete all necessary documentation on a daily basis.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Submit potential leads through the designated company program.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and utilize appropriate safety equipment.
  • Manage workload effectively and address customer inquiries with composure.
  • Work full-time hours, including occasional weekends and on-call duties.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Consistent attendance record.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Completion of the state licensing requirements.
  • Ability to operate electronic devices.

Physical Requirements:

  • Drive company vehicle and perform physical tasks in diverse environments.
  • Capable of walking and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Wear necessary safety gear and work in confined areas.

Driver's Duties:

  • Travel to assigned locations and maintain the company vehicle.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines while driving.
  • Follow the vehicle usage policy.
  • Maintain a good driving record.
  • Report any accidents immediately.
  • Keep an active driver's license.
