Job Title: Special Events Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a Special Events Attendant to join our team at SP+. As a Special Events Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with event operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with event setup, registration, and tear-down, as needed.
  • Operate cash handling equipment, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and control traffic flow, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for guests.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests to ensure a seamless event experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
