About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join our Program Design & Planning organization at Raytheon Technologies. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule. The successful candidate will have expertise in creating and maintaining industry-related schedules, developing Integrated Master Schedules, and evaluating critical path and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
  • Ensure the Integrated Master Schedule is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of the Integrated Master Schedule and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance.
  • Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes as they relate to the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study, and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Program Management and/or Program Planning & Scheduling, or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules.
  • Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience analyzing schedule data, including driving paths, schedule metrics, and trends, and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product development principles, including Agile Software development.
  • Ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with any of the following: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), or similar EVMS tools and software applications such as Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, and Deltek MPM Connect.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. Over the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success, and receive coaching to guide their return-to-work experience. The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
