We are seeking a Support Teacher Lead to join our team at QSAC, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' success and advancing our organization's mission.

The estimated salary for this position is $23.50-$30.00 per hour, based on level of certifications and experience. This rate reflects the importance of this role in supporting our clients' success and delivering high-quality support.

About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a leader and mentor to our teaching staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of our support services and promote client outcomes
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Providing coaching and guidance to staff members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any concentration, but highly preferred in fields such as Education, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Certification in General Education
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a leadership role, preferably in the field of special education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff members
  • Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s)
