Job Overview

At QSAC, Inc., we offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.00-$27.00 for certified substitute educators who are dedicated to supporting students and contributing to our mission-driven team.


Responsibilities
  • Complete required orientation and ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals.
  • Conduct formal and informal assessments of educational programs and behavior interventions.
  • Supervise Teacher's Assistants/Aides and participate in the implementation of educational programs and behavior interventions.
  • Implement and adhere to IEP/Student Program.
  • Supervise and implement completion of program/student documentation.
  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Teacher's Assistants/Aides.
  • Complete and maintain training requirements.
  • Complete required program documentation/certifications (e.g. Employee Medicals, PPD, CPR, etc.).
  • Interact/communicate with parents, college interns, professionals, and other interested visitors.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance is expected.
  • Maintain participant/family confidentiality.
  • Commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
