Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Specialist to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and maintaining complex technical documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities.
  • Develop technical applications to support users.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.
  • Provide training for system products and procedures.
  • Perform application upgrades.
  • Monitor, maintain, or report on real-time databases, real-time network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.
  • Troubleshoot problems.
  • Ensure project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 6 years of experience in developing and writing job duties for roles to be added to various types of IT teams.
  • 6 years of experience in research, outlining, writing end-user documentation for technical user manuals.
  • 6 years of experience in participation in writing user's manuals, training materials, proposals, and other reports and deliverables.
  • 4 years of experience in proofreading documents for accuracy.
  • 4 years of experience in developing requirements for IT Service Management teams.
  • 4 years of experience in proofreading and editing technical Statements of Work (SOW) for IT contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
