Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis unit.

Job Summary:

The Dialysis Registered Nurse will be responsible for evaluating assigned patients, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care. You will work closely with physicians to ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources. Additionally, you will perform various patient tests, administer medications, and promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate assigned patients and plan, implement, and document nursing care.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
  • Use independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources.
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
  • Promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Requirements:
  • Active Valid RN License
  • Flexibility to cover shifts
  • Experience: 1 year as RN in dialysis
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
