Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse

Western Arizona Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our dialysis unit.

Job Summary:

The Dialysis Registered Nurse will evaluate assigned patients, plan, implement, and document nursing care. You will assist physicians during examinations and procedures, use independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of patient care, and perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
  • Use independent judgment to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Perform patient tests and administer medications.
  • Teach patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
  • Participate in a rotating call schedule.
Requirements:
  • Active Valid RN License.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience as an RN in dialysis.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
