- Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise, assign, and direct the activities of licensed and unlicensed caregivers and support staff during assigned shifts.
- Use independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources.
- Patient Care and Education
- Provide individualized patient care and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in a rotating call schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Education and Experience
- Previous acute dialysis or ICU experience preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses
- C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac
- L-AZ-RN License
