Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the optimal delivery of dialysis services.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and ensure compliance with nursing practice standards and policies.
- Supervise, assign, and direct the activities of licensed and unlicensed caregivers and support staff.
- Use independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources.
- Participate in a rotating call schedule and may be cross-trained and floated to ICU as needed.
- Previous acute dialysis or ICU experience preferred.
- C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac certification required.
- AZ-RN License required.
- Up to $20,000 in student loan payments for Full-time RNs paid over 6 years.
- 100% licensure/certification reimbursement.
